Return & Refund Policy
All Girls and Gold Sporting Club products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand production partner. Because every item is custom produced specifically for you at the time of your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review all size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is the wrong item, you are eligible for a free reprint or refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once we review and confirm the issue we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This policy covers manufacturing errors and quality issues only.
Wrong Size or Color Ordered
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange as each item enters production immediately after purchase. We encourage you to use our size guides before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date atgrlsxgld@gmail.com. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue.
Returned Packages
If your package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please double check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order enters production with Printful and cannot be cancelled or modified.
