Girls and Gold Sporting Club is an online retail store selling custom print-on-demand swimwear, activewear, and casual apparel fulfilled by Printful.
2. Products
All products sold on girlsandgold.com are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner Printful. Because each item is custom produced at the time of purchase, product availability is not guaranteed and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
We make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the true color of our products. Slight variations in color or print placement may occur and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on girlsandgold.com are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
We are not responsible for pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
By placing an order on girlsandgold.com you are making an offer to purchase the product listed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order ships.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order information including your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. Girls and Gold Sporting Club is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours your order enters production and cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods made available through our Shopify checkout. By submitting your payment information you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Girls and Gold Sporting Club does not store your payment information.
6. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location and production time. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guarantees.
Girls and Gold Sporting Club is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or color preference. Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for details on damaged or defective items.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on girlsandgold.com including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, text, and product designs is the property of Girls and Gold Sporting Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.
9. User Conduct
By using our website you agree not to:
